PRINTS:

All prints are delivered to post office within 1-4 days (excluding weekends) after placing online order.

All prints are shipped in protective postal tubes, however if the items arrive damaged or lost than replacements or refunds will be issued. Please email hello@meldunn.com if you have any problems with your items that you have received. 

We do not take responsibility if the incorrect address is entered upon ordering. If the order is returned to sender, shipping charges will apply to re-send the order. To ensure the address is correct, please check the order confirmation email.

CANVASES:

All small/medium canvases are delivered to post office within 1-4 days (excluding weekends) after placing online order.

Larger scale canvases however, unfortunately can not be shipped, at this time. If you are local to Brisbane, Gold Coast or surrounding areas, personal delivery or pick up can be negotiated, please email hello@meldunn.com with queries.
